Ann: Talga and ACC graphite anode offtake update, page-69

Interesting that there is no longer a set date. It could be that the deadline was only narrowly missed and that the agreement will become binding "shortly" as the announcement states. Shortly is ambiguous. Months, weeks, days? If the company expected to have the purchase agreement completed by November 30 and the wording in this update states they "are now at advanced stages of negotiations and completion of legally binding documentation", wouldn't finalising the agreement in days be the most likely outcome?

I certainly don't see this dragging out for months. Either it becomes binding very soon or the companies cut ties and Talga moves on to another one of their customers. I don't believe this will happen as ACC want to source from Europe and the wording in this update is still positive and shows progression.
