Morn' all, glad Brizzy went well :)
I have created an URL so that you mob can see directly the ADR's trading overnight, rather than me trying cut'n'paste a spreadsheet.
ADR_BNY-Mellon_Australia-classic-index-components_Yahoo-finance-portfolio
N.B. The above link will get you a Yahoo-finance portfolio view without having to login. If you have a Yahoo account then you may customise the view.
The tickers with ".PK" on the end are OTC-ADR's, i.e. they are not traded on an American exchange. The "PK" refers to "Pink Sheet", which apparently was the colour of the paper that the day's trade would be recorded on in the good ol' days.
Download a spreadsheet:
ADR_BNY-Mellon_Australia-classic-index-components_Yahoo-finance-getfile-CSV
Explanatory memorandum : The getfile code "&f=snxl1c1p2vmpom8w&e"
Where: s=symbol, n=name, x=exchange, l1=last trade(price only) c1=change, p2=% change, v= volume, m=day's range, p=previous close, o=open, m8=% change from 50 day MA (use "m6" if you want 200 day MA), w=52week range.
If anyone wants further information or just general wants to chat about it: Could you please start a thread in the "Feedback forum" ?
I have over the weekend compiled a list of nearly all ADR tickers that have traded in the past several years. It is roughly 200. I will be creating an URL for that once I've filtered out the ones that haven't traded in a while.
Cheers
--Dan
P.S. the prices quoted are in US$ (sorry!)
