I expect an update on the sale of their online sex shop business followed by more details of their planned change of direction towards mining opportunities. I am hoping that they get a good price for the existing business, possibly selling to Malcolm Day, which hopefully would leave the company with a cash balance above their market capitalisation and enough funds to pursue the new opportunities in the mining sector. The reason why I have included them in my April tips is purely because I expect further news on progress during the next month. The one confusing factor in this is why Malcolm Day would buy more shares in ASC, which he did a few weeks ago, only to transfer them in an off market trade last week.
