i reckon ya spot on there KIWI67 great post.
the Chinese have a habit of late trying to come the back side door to get hold of strategic reserves weather that's iron ore, rare earths, oil and gas or any thing else that tickles there fancy, not just in Australia but any where they can. the Americans have stopped them trying this tactic in regard to there strategically placed rare earth mines that the Chinese are trying there hardest to get a monopoly on around the word.
MEO think there good at chess, but the Chinese think they are better by a long shot.
