CER should not be selling any property at this time. There is no need!

We already have in place a growing snowball of increasing rental income overall, loans getting paid off and lowered, interest rates at or near lows and the capacity to pay divdends. PLUS the prospect of rises in property values as the cycle moves along.

It's basic investment 101. You dont sell LOW!
