Just phoned AM on his mobile because he said in the announcement if you had any queries be free to call, so I did. He said "There is no doubt we should have drilled the first hole where the first one was intended."
The first one was drilled where it was because a gravity anomaly was detected to the side of the magnetic circular anomaly. He also said that the geology of the first hole had not been discovered in Australia before.
