It's frustrating to see companies selling assets at bottom of cycles.
CER did say that they will not be selling any more assets relating to their core business though.
However, If a Major capital transaction were to take place, isnt that kind of selling core assets???
Hopefully some genious at UBS does all the hard yards on paper and comes up with a fantastic solution.
Genius @ UBS "I've got it........ I have worked out that best and most advantageous action would be to,....... (drum roll)....... Do nothing and watch valuations rise."
Seriously though,
Waiting a few years to do a major transaction would be the smartest option. This would reduce gearing substantially.
Selling anything now will have little impact.
