I have made this point that the royalty rates are crazy, and increase every year on average (as inflation drives up the gold price over time, the royalty rate in % terms INCREASES too!)
So you've probably pointed out something significant. That the negotiations should come up with a royalty discount, as the royalty rates are newly introduced after the capital was already expended on the mine and plants.
