    That assumes TLG is the reason for the delay. Its just as likely ACC.
    Key is that it will be done.
    Same with permits. Delays if they happen likely will be caused by factors outside TLG control.
    Key is they will eventually come through.
    Key is patience. Nothing good ever comes easy.
