no doubt!!
so they didnt drill where it was intended, and had a poor result first up, only sniffs at what they wanted.
now, this second hole, and a comment, no doubt we should have drilled where first intended.
That says, moving off target was mis-directed, and implies, then, that the result is better than the first one.
