But in my experience when dealing with Gvt departments with anything out of the ordinary is that
they do procrastinate and avoid making decisions in many cases where they don't exercise common sense.

It had sharp edge and gave the silicosis……irreversibly damaged their lungs.
commonly know as “miners cough”
Extreme & uncontrollable coughing.
It eventually killed them.
The pharmacist told me the only thing which stopped the coughing was Heroin Linctus.

Re setting a precedence to curtail other mining.
The proposed method could not apply anyway in most other mining operations.
This is a unique method which quite specifically address’ what VRX is trying to achieve.
