The FEED was indeed finalised. The resultant Control Estimates were used in the preparation of the Phase 1 Economic Updated & Improved ASX Release on 2022-11-22.
It has been discussed at length here Post #: 64908085, and has been a quite popular discussion topic on the LPD threads. It was also discussed in detail during the AGM (held on the same day).
