It's ok for you & a few others to look at this & never question anything as strange or wrong, I do.

I have a lot of shares here, not selling, but I will not be a person that bangs the "all is well" drum, when days like this, it absolutely isn't.
The CEO has told us one thing 3 days ago & now we have been put in a TH, with a CR coming at at a discount to the SP when it's very near its yearly low. How is that showing us we should have confidence in management ? Of course, if this new investor has shares at a premium, then brilliant, that's awesome & fantastic management & I will certainly be applauding the powers that be.
