    First of all how is the company unsure if they are participating in an equity funding drive funded by IM3NY... when MNS holds a controlling stake in IM3NY

    who exactly is running this company and its interests?

    Further if MNS are unsure on this one, perhaps wise not to share the fin review articles on their LinkedIN and socials prior to ASX opening.
