I get what you're saying, but if you take the US for example they don't recognise indications, only treatments. So if they need to prescribe iPPS, whether for MPS or OA, they will prescribe the cheaper option. So you are right in that you can charge 50k for iPPS for MPS, but if someone needed iPPS for MPS then they will be prescribed the same version as offered for OA. There's currently no way around it, unless the FDA decide to pass additional regulations. Sure you could sue, but you'd have to sue every single pharmacy, but first you'd need to find out who is prescribing it in this manner, which is not trivial.
