I'm not too concerned about previous approvals for a number of reasons, but worse case scenario bene could just pull it off the market. I don't know how often iPPS is prescribed for thrombosis, but there are probably much better treatments out there for thrombosis right now than iPPS, so I have no doubt bene would rather supply it for OA. Who knows, maybe it's all included in the details of the exclusive supply agreement?
