    I'm waiting to see if she can find support at the 61.8 Fib level or 50% fib.

    All my indicators suggest that this is as good as it get's for the time being.

    I don't put much into broker ratings unless I see them becoming a substantial holder or increase holdings.

    Company contract ann's are more reliable.The reliance rail credit rating and DOW association doesn't give me the confidence to join the party yet.

    Waiting patiently.
