I should add, most entities that have delisted and then bought the business back to life in relisting via another entity (which is extremely rare);

- The shareholders from the intial entity (Tv2 in this instance) either get wiped out thru liquidation/bankruptcy/company registration closure rendering your shares worthless/defunct

OR

- Your holdings are Signicantly diluted via consolidation of the register in order to secure new investors via capital IPO to satisfy the minimum $5m required.

Either way….current shareholders lose.
