Completely agree...you would think they would know by now:
a) Whether or not they have convinced CUE to sign on
b) Whether or not the PF is going to go the 85% route
c) Whether or not it is in the toilet and time to start again...
Therefore you would think an ann would be close. This is also in line with there goal of having it stitched up by quarter one if the deal is good.
