Absolutely..We need to keep an iron hand on the tiller,
for there is a strong and resurgent speculative element
returning to the market.

The speculative Dow Jones transport average is leading
the conservative Dow Jones industrial average blue-chip
higher.The Standard and Poor's small Cap 600 index has
been making new highs and the Nasdaq average has been
rising the most aggressively of all.

As the wise man said..the majority are seldom able to see
an opportunity until it has ceased to be one. :)
