Maybe it was a 'potential' double top, but I think you would need to have seen a close below a support level to confirm if it was really had been a top.
I agree the next resistance might be just below $1 at the July support (and 'round number' resistance), but if the trend survives $1.10 will then be in sight.
Now what about the new 88c gap! Maybe if there's now a clear break, that can be ignored, unless the trend reverses when that gap closure might offer a second support level, (with the first level being at the prior high point breakout level, 93c).
