Apart from blatant upramping by certain individuals of the past that don't seem to post anymore. I would like you to provide some examples of misinformed or incorrect data.
Have you considered any of defabsta's post to be incorrect? He references all his work to all releases. He even predicted the increase in NTA last half yearly.
Even the garbage that i post is factual in regards to everything is in black and white to read from the centro site.
I even ask for my posts to be challenged and have opinions posted. Coppertop and i would sometimes debate on certain things to which i am most grateful for. This is great way for me to fix my mistakes and educates others in the process.
CERs thread is probably the most factual thread with everyone been pure fundamentalist. You can't BS people here because there seems to be lots of people that know what they are talking about.
Even yourself who i believe has a gist for this stuff can't deny CERs earnings and potential earnings.
The only specualtion that currently exists on this thread is that Property Valuations are going to rise in the future. This is pure speculation. There is no guarentee that property prices will ever rise again.... ever.
If there is something you don't agree with, Please challenge it there and then. This is what makes hotcopper a great place to learn.
Here's some food for thought though.
Aegis price target = 8c
Director buys = 17c
Market prices CER at = 18c (today's close)
JPMorgan price target = 29c
