Octain and others,
I would echo axlsusie's commentary here. I openly disclose that I have a Finance background at a Tertiary level. And what is valuable at present as far as CER is concerned is not this background but an Accounting background such as the one that defabs and axlsusie have.
Accounting concepts, I believe have shone the light on CER's value more than any financial analysis in the past two years, we must all admit this.
As I said, an Analyst with a Finance background, isn't earning his or her bucks here as far as CER is concerned. Accounting started this whole mess and will finish it. Only one aspect of CER's business is problematic. The revenue, the expenditure, the property management are all fine and are all on the right trajectory.
Enjoying the discussion. Good productive discussion.
Cheers and good luck.
