Anyone else noticed the typo in the table?
It adds to $1,110 not $1,190

If I was to guess they've assumed a 10% royalty rate ($175) and refinery fee of $75. Both of which could come down particularly the former if negotiations are successful (and politically tolerated).
Irrespective, a big improvement is likely to come from the "Mining and Processing" category once they get a hand on the new sections of the granted ML. The assumed LOM Average Strip Ratio 4.7x is bound to improve materially. In fact my colleague spoke to Metal Tiger a few years back during the attempted spill and recalls how they specifically mentioned that these leases on the pit boundaries constrained the Chatree optimization. Not any more.
