university education is necessarily much more complete than early high school teachers would allow. there certainly have been "totalitarian left" Govs around the world, just as there have been "totalitarian right" Govs. neither extreme is suitable for a balanced life of the community or the best management of an economy. each prefers to ignore the suffering of half the population.
