    Hi WTT,

ESS is in my "Electrify Everything (EE)" portfoilo but I am seriously thinking of culling it in the new year (post scoping study). Here's my reasoning and it basically boils down to "opportunity cost" in that I think I can earn a better return elsewhere in the EE portfoiio.

    Cut from AGM preso

I need to see this mgmt team get the job done with some sense of urgency - the plan with a DFS ending in Mar'24 isn't good enough. For example the US IRA - ESS is in a FTA country (Australia). The USA (and Europe) is short Lithium (I would say in particular LiOH). There is a golden opportunity to get US funding for an integrated mine/refinery (sure as hell aint shipping SC5.5 to USA from WA).

If that damn MRE isn't in the 20Mt+ @1.2%+ Li2O (so ~0.6Mt LCE) in I&I (and it better be mostly Indicated) then this project is getting left behind. That is the smallest it could be for such an integrated project IMO ... but Sibayne is just commencing the build of a 15Ktpy LiOH integrated mine/refinery in Finland. That would fit in the parameters ... might even get to 20Ktpy.

A preferred Project Partner should have been completed now but I guess in Jan is also OK - but not OK is taking till end Jun-23 to select one. The world is short Lithium - if the project is any good the door should have knocked down by now (IMHO).

    Can you convince me otherwise?
