Please re-read what I wrote.... I never said anywhere about locking yourself into anything... I said create positive tension.... So don't do it as a throw away line at an AGM, you do it in a way that makes the world aware (tell Bells, Baker Young, +++) that you have received a bid, reviewed it and made a decision as to its merits. So, now they have made the world aware that they turned down an offer, to me that is MASSIVE news, IF true.
