Eire2011, Enjoyed your post and thanks for the feedback, appreciate it.

Yes reading your account of the small company reminded me of an experience I had...similar to yours except instead of the 8 shareholders, there were TWO!

    Me and another guy!
    Jeepers!
It was also held in their boardroom! It was a long time ago and to prove that I'm quite human and don't get it all right, that company went bust. Yeah kinda glad I didn't have a big position on it at all! *whew*. BUT - I didn't even do 1/1000 th of the research on that company compared to what I have done on PAR so far.

You are totally right though...just before attending the 2019 PAR AGM I actually did wonder, how much am I going to get out of the AGM, I had been to a few big ones prior (Telstra for example) and they were ok...but I thought it would just be a rehash of what's in the Annual Report? Surely.

    How wrong I was.

Just to meet Paul and team, to see how genuine they were...to hear their enthusiasm, that was enough, let alone some of the material, as you mentioned, that you just don't find in the Annual report.

Mate, then you add the after meeting chats...I met Greg Diesel Williams and interviewed him for like 15 mins.,.I had a Mozz special interview with Dr Krishnan...that was when I was really in the infancy of sci background that I had...(I'm still an infant, lots ...LOTS more to learn).
Its at that meeting I first ever heard about Dr David Felson. Its meetings like this where you do learn a lot that's not on the script as it were...meeting with people. Hearing patent stories.

    Ok SO PART 5?

Haha would love to do one.,.but its more around general discussions, getting more of a sense of what Paul was eluding to and how he is feeling at the moment about our story. Its more about how they are excited about what's coming next year in terms of milestones....
Its getting a bit more colour on the NSAID study and that sort of stuff.

I had one conversation with a lady that had an experience with auto injectors, that was interesting, we know PAR have been working on the patient convenience side of things, again, lots going on in the background.

There were a couple of patients there and they were talking of how their pain literally vanished. Eire2011, to read it in a book, in a newspaper is good...to HEAR it while looking into their eyes and hearing their enthusiasm.....ahh its raw shareholder fuel.

Its like I'm standing on a railway track and its all quiet and forlorn and has been for some time...but I know some day....one day...a huge massive freight train is going to come roaring down the line...that's how I feel when I hear Paul speak, when I hear patients talk and when I chat to other holders to get a sense of what they are feeling. This was the vibe in that room. To Paul's credit, he made time for us at the end, despite us being kicked out of the hall..and having to traverse the whole floor to eventually get placed in a much smaller room, it didn't matter, we could talk and we could listen.

Its ALL of the little clues we pick up...the research, the 37 failed drugs....the conversations that are starting to build momentum with PAR and the lovely data...just around the corner... its the profound thinking that Team PAR has come up with...stuff I am still learning, that's new to me. Best case example was the whole Bone Marrow and distinct ERT solutions and how we are all waiting to see if that is X or 2X

The other incredible example is the fact that Paul stated that Dr Virginia is our consultant along with Dr Felson, amazing, but now he tells us there is a new guy (Dr Stefan Lohmander) !

It was also a problem of time running out as there was a lot of time for questions (much to PAR's credit). I definitely have felt in the past there has been opportunity to have more time for these, even the negative questions can be turned into positives if answered honestly! Use it as a strength and I think Paul and team did a good job here.

Hmm a couple of extra notes I wrote down ...it was mentioned about patient convenience in terms of providing assistance for example in the USA, travel vouchers and even escorted travel and only calling patients into the clinics when the clinics were ready to save them time rather than making them wait for hours.

They are all excited about the 6 month data coming out...it has created an extra lift for them.

Yes Eire, do try and make it next AGM, would enjoy meeting you! Hopefully by next year the SP might be a tad bit higher which will give us all an extra air of enthusiasm.

    Cheers

    Mozz
