if only if these companies makes up large part of the index which they aren't
it all balance out just as other index around the world has more tech or drugs or xxxx
broad base index are the whole economy, yes some sector has bigger weighting but it doesn't makes that much differences
over the long term horizon as market shift and rotates and it all balance out.
