This is blatantly wrong. You learn a lot from 4Cs about the financial health of companies. That's why they are reported regularly. You can see what the company is spending, what the company is taking and make estimations on how long the company can survive before needing inflow of cash from elsewhere.
Norwood has no cash and it needs cash. It lacks the ability to generate that cash itself. When a company is in this position, reliant on 3rd parties to meet it's most sacred of promises to ASIC - being a going concern, it says a lot about it's financial health.
