Are you Brian or Mick?
Because just to keep Brian and Mick paid for 1 year will soak up $1.14mil, without them upping their pay which they've done several years running. Then add operational expenses on top of that. $2.5mil won't get them far, I'd call 3.3c a horrid price, lets see if they get a double whammy with a shortfall.
