    People are playing sentiment - there have been a lot of pump and dumps in the last few weeks around oilers (and others). Look at VIL, GGP, BCC.

    This is a psychology play. Pull the dummy buys, load up the sell-side props, watch things run. The Buys will be back in pre 11:30am
