My recollection of the discussion on Hotcopper is that if we settled outside of a TAFTA tribunal judgement then we would have to reimburse the insurers with interest. Perhaps this was an issue discussed here around the time of the previous AGM, and not earlier this year.
Deniel being a lawyer may be across this issue.
