But in his baby voice, I recalled that he said he thinks Pact Group is a good model and progressing well and he's happy and confident with it.

In term of selling, that's in one of the items that AGM voted for that the board of directors can reject any take over that's under the value of the company's real value. And vote is forwarded.

It''s best you call them to find out. But bright power mentioned, does it include Ruffy himself from taking over the company? God know the answer to that end, given he owned the largest amount of shares. I think his view right now as a chairman when the company put up that item, is not for take over until appropriate price is offered for his holding. etc, forgive me if i am wrong but call or email them if you wanted to be sure.
