Once IPO gets go ahead it effectively means they'd be stealing from themselves.
If Thai Government doesn't honour it side of settlement then it won't get missed in future FDI, uninsurable political risk, FTA etc. Moreover. we can request tribunal hands down decision with updated costs.
TAFTA still applies here despite recent Oz government discussions with trade unions bringing up subversive of workers rights. It'll never get up for obvious reasons.
