yeah i want to see some consolidation as well before the jv ann.

i think NWE wasn't a p&d, there's a lot of people watching NWE for the past weeks and months, waiting for that little volume. NWE has gone nowhere and people were waiting for something significant to jump board.

so with the anns suggesting jv negotiations are finalizing in march and NWE getting some media attention in resource stocks magazine, my conclusion is that a few jumped on board for an ann by ends march, then once the volume was up, everyone followed.

a lot of us are in it for the jv deal, hopefully it will come in due time. lets not get too excited, just lock in your positions and wait.
