WFI will hold 62.5% of the company.....than how the F does every1 else own 72.1%?!!
hoping for holders that it wasnt the same person who struck this "amazing" deal that swindled 62.5% of the company from under you all.......!!! typical chinese style debt choke - u want an asset - choke them with debt theyll never repay, squash the share price then equity convert! u gotta luv it! NOT
some1 needs to qualify this - completely misleading - former shareholders diluted down to 37.5%.....surprised it wasnt more - paladin was left with <10% when they debt choked that...!
