    My rental property was managed by a local company and within months of ALO group managing I have now terminated agreement. Very bad service from new manager and being ripped off by ALO. Would not trust this group nor where this stock is going if other owners do what I have done (which is what I have heard is happening). They can pay whatever they want for acquisitions but how long will property owners / revenue last with the bad service….. not long.
