The funds remaining i would estimate right now are around $1m USD and this raise of $2m AUD + the con note of $1m AUD will fund the H1 exploration they have panned for 2023 for El Pillar porphry and Oxide, then it will be down to either a decision from the court case or if Brian is succesful in selling equity in the company and/or advanced sales of concentrate to raise further funds

I am thinking that he now thinks he has raised funds until Mid 2023, and has a few options once we get to this point as i've alluded to above. all things being equal share price should be fair bit higher by then as well
