if he converts Q2 its at 7c, which is about a 100% premium to current price

and thereafter at a 15% discount to the vwap which is unknown although standard with regards to converting.

if you're going to troll at least provide something half worth while reading, if any lender or firm gave us a $1m loan or con note i would say the rate would be higher than 8% considering most mortgages now are 4-5% so this is completely reasonable in my view
