I highly doubt any of the milestones you have just listed will be achieved before the money runs out.
Also tmacker, I'll bet London to a brick, that BJ will convert none of the note to shares at the first two prices mentioned and that if he does it will be later at the 15% discount on a share price below either of the 2 mentioned.
Would love to have more confidence, but sadly the odds aren't good IMO.
