The company doesn’t have any proprietary technology
I recall someone mentioned there was some Patents
but haven’t heard anything for a while about that.
Spa is essentially a sales and marketing company and
it would appear things are going ok. It’s still high
risk but we are caught in a Catch 22 situation In
regard the rights issue
