I think it is a great deal for both companies! We now have cash flow turnover from the merger of an additional $12 million per year. The managing Director of The Brand Base is a switched on go getter that has a good sales team behind him. They have a distribution outlet already setup and our products with compliment theirs. We will have a substantial shareholder that will want to grow our business for the long term and are not looking for a quick profit. I am sure that either some of our sales and marketing team or TBB team will no longer be required as happens with all mergers. I look forward to seeing our future 4C's having multiple million turnover and significant growth as we release our patches and Sunscreen device to the market. Finally I can see upwards on onwards for WFL.
