It is up to you as the investor. Share price move as other investors buy and sell.

These reports are generated reflecting overall macro conditions. Big banks are calling for overall slow down 2023 and that it will affect lithium sector. Even a novice should know that a recession is likely 2023

What you should also be aware is that people reading these reports and acting on it are 99% of retail investors who knows little about lithium market. They read recession and all car market will slow down, and they sell.

Also consider 99% of direct share holders in lithium have it as side play not in the main conviction portfolio and most importantly vast majority of lithium stock holders know anything about lithium sector, likely never heard of SC6, Hydroxie or carbonate or the diffence between spod and dle. They buy on good news and sell on bad news.

You as a expert in lithium sector can decide what happens when retail investors sell out to SP as it is happening down.

The number of shares in lithiums stocks I hold varies in my trading portfolio and SMSF greatly as I sell and buy back or buy more than sell down. As the tax treatment in SMSF and Trading Trust is very different to my investment I hold for LT

I also hold shares in my LT long term portfolio but these I buy the dip only.

Note: I only have small amount of CXO shares in my LT portfolio but I have anything from x0,000 to x00,000 shares in my SMSF and Trading portfolio.

Investing in a company is not like supporting football team, I have no emotional connection to any stock I own, it is simply a way to make money.

Recently when CXO was $1.80 it was to expensive, I sold out from 6 figures to low 5 figures in number of shares. Now I am looking to buy back in when it looks like going back up in my tradng and smsf.

I say to people, dont fall in love with the stocks you own.

I am not talking about you but so may cheer lead stocks, I wonder if they also cheer for their bank stocks if they have $100,000 cash deposited in a term account.
