Market Capitalisation = Total number of shares on issue, including any escrowed shares X The current share price.
The only way to value a company, is to have a look at its market cap. If you have similar companies, in the same sector , that are similar in terms of resource size, stage of development, resource quality, management, durestiction , then the only way to compare them , in terms of value is by, their current market cap, the level of the share price is irrelevant.
