We seem to be lagging WHC compared to recent highs.
Possibly more upside still to come with NHC.
Particularly if the pollies will knock it off with the politiking and let things return to some equilibrium.

As an aside, Caravan below spoke sense - just about fell out of my chair. Price caps have never been a good idea. Thomas Sowell totally demolished the idea in Basic Economics.
