I've read Allaway's statement attempting explanation of why he/the Board sacked Frazis and it's full of hot air. He just repeats the same fluff about not liking Frazis' management style while admitting Frazis did turn the bank around in a number of ways, including the purchase of ME bank which has proved profitable and the digital transformation. This is a personality clash, not a commercial reason. Not happy with it at all. And Allaway's statement that he wants to see the bank on a more solid footing rather than haring up to profitability tells me he should not be in charge of a commercial company. Will wait and see how this pans out over next six months and hope boq recovers despite Allaway's ditching of Frazis due to a 'style' issue.
