    I think the DOW is looking strong.Tracking the upper band on the bollingers and maintaining a not so overbought status on the stochastic. Copper price is rising nicely as the recovery continues. I expect the DOW to hit 12500 before the end of year and consolidating.

    Anyway - PLA has to move one way or another as the chart gets squeezed!
