So when a stock chart looks bullish...and it's building for a good extended rise or breakout...how does a chartist forecast its direction when they would have no idea about positive or negative news comming?..
When it is well on its way and good news comes it rockets and they call themselves winners. But if some out of the blue bad news comes and it drops..then what is that? And vice-versa...?
