From my experience obtaining enough sample bottles/chambers for a formation test run is often a challenge...simply because the things aren't always in high supply. Once a bottle is filled it's out of the system until it is transported to a lab, emptied and then serviced back at Baker.

Its also common to fill two bottles at a sample point for redundancy and also to allow draining of one sample at surface and dispatch of the duplicate sample to a lab.

From memory the RCI/RCX tank carrier module takes 6 tanks/bottles. They'd probably be running a maximum of two carriers on the tool so that's 12 tanks. There would most likely be larger conventional chambers....one used as an exit port if theyre doing low shock sampling but available for catching a "dirty" bulk sample as long as its the last sample taken.
